Selective founder-side engagement

One difficult business problem. A decision architecture that can move it.

For a founder-led company whose effort no longer converts into growth. I identify the constraint behind the current ceiling, test the commercial logic, and convert the strongest path into owners, milestones and an operating rhythm. This is not motivational coaching, generic brainstorming or a promise of revenue.

01 / Good fit

The problem survives because each team sees only its own part.

The mandate works when the founder can provide decision access, an agreed evidence set and the relevant stakeholders.

  • Stalled growthThe team has several convincing but competing explanations for why momentum stopped.
  • Disconnected functionsProduct, marketing, sales and operations are optimizing different systems.
  • Audience without economicsAttention exists, but packaging, the funnel, pricing or retention remains weak.
  • Launch under ambiguityA new product, market or category requires one coordinated execution sequence.

02 / Three paid formats

Separate a decision from an implementation mandate.

A written fit check happens before invoicing. It is not a free consulting session and no payment is taken simply for sending the brief.

Executive Decision Diagnostic

One decision-critical problem.

You submit the agreed context in advance. I review it before a confidential 60-minute session in which we isolate the likely constraint, challenge the strongest causal explanation and determine the next move. A concise decision note follows.

  • Written fit check before invoicing
  • One defined problem and one decision owner
  • Private 60-minute working session
  • No guaranteed financial outcome
  • Standalone format; later project work is scoped separately

Constraint & Decision Sprint

Seven to ten working days to a decision.

One company or business unit, one bounded decision and one agreed evidence set. I diagnose the constraint, compare viable paths and leave the founder with decision criteria and an executable sequence.

  • Up to three stakeholder interviews and one agreed evidence set
  • Constraint map and ranked hypotheses
  • Three viable paths with trade-offs and kill criteria
  • Decision memo and 30/60/90-day roadmap
  • Implementation beyond the first sequence is scoped separately

30-Day Operator Mandate

Stay with the work through implementation.

For a founder who needs hands-on cross-functional ownership after the decision: operating cadence, owners, dependencies, first implementation streams and measurable review loops. Scope, access, time commitment and fee are agreed in a written proposal.

03 / Pricing logic

Price follows operating complexity—not the owner’s wealth.

The final quote is fixed in writing before kickoff and changes only when the agreed scope changes.

$10,000 project minimum + scoped complexity

The public minimum applies to the bounded decision sprint. A hands-on 30-day mandate is quoted separately after the operating surface, access and expected implementation depth are understood.

The quote rises with additional products or business units, markets, stakeholder groups, fragmented data, customer research, urgency or hands-on implementation. Company revenue is a reasonableness check—not an automatic multiplier.
